• Cutting Chamber: high hardness steel is CNC machined and fine ground before assembly. Thick walls ensures long life, and high grade materials will not contaminate material being ground. Design allows for easy disassembly, repair and maintenance.
• Rotor: made of the finest materials for durability and carefully balanced for stable operation. The “V” shape rotor knives are easy to change and produce a consistent particle size.
• Knives: manufactured from high chromium D-2 and D-3 steel for strength and maximum breakage resistance. Design allows for easy replacement
• Screen: machined from strength steel or formed from high grade plate as required. Many different hole sizes are offered and easy change mountings allow you to tailor the machine to your needs.
• Hopper: may be enclosed with sound proofing material to reduce noise levels. “Check” curtains in the hopper openings are provided to prevent plastic from being thrown back out.
• Pulley: fitted to the rotor shaft with taper lock bushings for maximum security. The inertia effect of the massive pulley assures steady, reliable operation while the taper lock mounting provides ease of maintenance.
