Output ranges from (2.2 lb/hr or 1 kg/hr) to (60,000 lb/hr or 30,000 kg/hr) for pellet sizes from large (.060 - .250" or 1.2 - 10mm) to Small Micro (.010 - .050" or .25 - 1.1mm) depending on die, pelletizer model and resin.

Suitable for high output processing, compounding, manufacture of color concentrate, scrap recovery, pilot operation, and research and development, and able to process a wide range of polymers such as hot melt adhesives, thermoplastic rubber, polyester, nylon and other thermoplastics; especially for TPE, TPU, PA, PET, TPV, ABS, PP, PVC, Wax, Adhesives, Glass filled material, Carbon fiber filled compounds and 95% Metal filled compounds

• Die is designed for electric heating, which provides for uniform heating of all holes in the die
• Cutting chamber utilizes contoured internal passages
• Air flows around the cutter blades and die to ensure rapid and uniform removal of the pellets from the cutting area, which includes six mounts for spray with compressed air
• Dual function stainless steel spray heads to control mist and volume of spray on product
• Blower of air tempering systems uses bronze wetted parts or stainless steel
• Ball valve for the cooling valve to the spray heads handles cooling water rate at a total pressure drop not to exceed 3 PSIG
